Models hand built by marine artist Alexander Scherbak from thoroughly and expertly selected hardwoods, with steel and brass wire parts.  Hull is carved from very hard  maple (as Framburg hulls) to be strong in thin ram area.

Wood was stained before appalying of several layers of primer and paint to insure long life of the miniature. So quality of the model is reflected not just  in visual result, but built in construction and finishing techniques.  Models comes in cardboard box.

SIZE:  Scale 1:500. Length of the model – 7.5" (19 cm).

       This project is continuation of  the series of war ship models in scale 1:500 built by marine artists Alexander and Anatoliy Scherbak. Wait  list  for 6 models is open March 3, 2009.  Three models from six are more detailed than usual ID model and more expensive
